What You Will Do
Perform all biweekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll processing functions, including account reconciliation and tax reporting oversight. Process payments and manage timely payment of company reimbursements.

Requirements
- Associate's Degree with Business, Accounting or Finance concentration required
- Minimum 3-5 years' progressive experience in Payroll and Accounts Payable processing positions in a multi-state company setting
- Proficient in all aspects of multi-state payroll processing, payroll withholding management, and payroll tax reporting compliance
- Proficient in computerized payroll and accounts payable system operations
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel; Word; Outlook)
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret company invoices and determine appropriate GL classification for expense reimbursement processing
- Capacity to perform mathematical calculations, percentage allocations, and quantitative reconciliations of payroll and accounts
