Role OverviewDaifuku Automotive America Corporation is seeking an entry-level Payroll Specialist to process timely and accurate payroll for multiple business locations, including 400+ employees. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for learning payroll processing, reconciling timecards, and maintaining individual payroll records. The role involves working under the direction of the Payroll Supervisor and requires proficiency in Excel and a strong background in payroll systems.
What You Will Do
The Payroll Specialist will process payroll for domestic and multi-state operations, review payroll reports from third-party agencies, and prepare filing of required reports and payments. The role also involves maintaining employee payroll records, ensuring tax withholding, and compiling payroll data. The Payroll Specialist must be able to prepare payroll reports, comply with federal and state tax withholding requirements, and interface with various levels of personnel within the company.

Requirements
- Associates degree in related fields such as Accounting or Business
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressively responsible payroll processing experience
- ADP WorkforceNow v9.12 experience preferred
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong background in payroll systems, payroll report writing, and Microsoft Excel
