Role OverviewAs a Payroll Specialist, you will be a member of our CAAS group accountable for providing Senior Accountant-level accounting services, including processing payables and receivables, and various other accounting operations for assigned clients.
What You Will Do
Process payroll for a designated group of clients accurately and on time, ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations, handle payroll inquiries from clients in a professional and timely manner, reconcile payroll-related accounts, and assist with payroll audits and any related documentation as needed.

Requirements
- Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent years of relevant work experience
- Payroll experience - payroll processing, tax, and Regulations
- Self-starter and willingness to learn
- Able to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational/time management skills
