Job Description
The Payroll Specialist is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of bi-weekly payroll within UKG systems, in accordance with company policy and applicable regulations. This role involves daily review, input, resolution of items, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with various teams to improve systems and processes. They will also support audits and reporting to Accounting and Finance.
Requirements
Minimum of 3-5 years of multi-state payroll processing experience with payroll systems (UKG desired).
Strong customer service orientation and high level of accuracy.
Knowledge of federal, state, and local wage and hour laws and regulations.
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and solid Excel spreadsheet skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
