Job Description
The Payroll Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of full-cycle payroll for approximately 1,000 employees across multiple U.S. states.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of payroll processing experience, including both exempt and non-exempt employees.
  • Experience processing payroll for a multi-state U.S. workforce.
  • Hands-on experience with an ERP or payroll system (Dayforce strongly preferred).
  • Intermediate Excel skills, including formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data reconciliation.
  • Proven experience performing payroll audits and resolving discrepancies.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle payroll processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
