Job Description
The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for processing payroll for surgery centers and surgical hospitals, reviewing timesheets, and verifying other related payroll data.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role
  • Familiarity with UKG Workforce Management (time and attendance system) in conjunction with UKG Pro Payroll preferred
  • Familiarity with payroll processes
  • Good knowledge of legislation relevant to accounting and payroll (such as Sarbanes-Oxley Act or FLSA)
  • An analytical mind with good math skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Healthcare experience preferred
