Job Description
As a Payroll Specialist at RDO, you’ll join a dynamic team supporting multiple companies and payroll groups—owning payroll processing for a dedicated group of R.D. Offutt Company locations while partnering closely with location payroll contacts, HR, benefits, and leaders.

Requirements

  • Team-Oriented Mindset
  • At least 2 years of payroll experience, with prior multi-state payroll experience strongly preferred
  • Solid understanding of federal and state wage and hour laws and government reporting requirements, including third-party garnishments
  • Proven ability to perform highly detailed work with exceptional accuracy and confidentiality
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of computer-based payroll systems and proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Valid work authorization and ability to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
