Payroll Specialist (Temp)

Requirements

• Processing semi-monthly payroll for salaried and hourly employees, as well as weekly payroll for consultants in ADP
• Processing manual checks, retro pay, bonuses, and final payments for terminations
• Creating and submitting payroll vendor files through self-service portals, including Georgia Breeze and Employees’ Retirement System
• Processing rehired retirees’ invoices in Georgia Breeze
• Responding to employee and payroll vendor inquiries in a timely manner
• Gathering data and providing documentation for internal and external financial audits
• Running various payroll reports in ADP for auditors and management
