Job Description
The Payroll Supervisor reports to the Senior Payroll Manager and is responsible for a team of payroll professionals who prepare weekly and semi-monthly payrolls for over 3,000 employees. This position assists in developing and maintaining appropriate internal payroll controls and ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations, along with internal policies and controls.

Requirements

  • Manages weekly and semi-monthly pay cycles across multiple business units, ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees.
  • Ensures the compliant and timely preparation, filing, and payment of union fees and garnishments.
  • Maintains company-wide payroll policies, procedures, goals, operating plans, and schedules.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and regulatory agencies to support payroll operations and business objectives.
  • Monitors team performance against established standards and provides coaching, training, and development to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Completes special projects and performs additional duties to support the organization’s overall goals.
