Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced full-time Payroll Supervisor to join our corporate office team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end, high-volume payroll operations for hundreds of employees across a distributed or remote workforce, ensuring strict compliance with federal and state labor standards.
What You Will Do
Process and administer high volume payroll for hundreds of multi-state employees on a bi-weekly basis, monitor and apply changing federal, state, and local labor standards and payroll regulations, and maintain and update all employee payroll files for any personnel or status changes.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of high-volume payroll experience or a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and a working knowledge of federal and state payroll tax laws and regulations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of high-volume payroll experience or a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Working knowledge of federal and state payroll tax laws and regulations (multi-state experience preferred)
- Experience with payroll software (e.g., Proliant, QuickBooks Payroll, or similar) preferred
- High attention to detail in data entry, with the ability to audit payroll runs, catch discrepancies, and process corrections quickly
- Professional demeanor with a proven ability to work well with others, and high integrity for handling confidential data
