Job Description
Payroll Systems Analyst at Regional Transportation District (RTD). Ensures accurate, efficient, and compliant payroll processing. Supports and optimizes RTD's payroll and timekeeping applications, including Workday, UKG Pro WFM, and TIES.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) years of progressively responsible payroll experience
  • Knowledge of payroll processing cycles, HRIS data flows, and timekeeping/pay rules
  • Experience with timekeeping systems, work rules, and accrual logic
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
  • Ability to audit data, identify system issues, and resolve technical or process discrepancies
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
