Job Description
Join our team at Avery Dennison’s Corporate team as a Payroll Tax Specialist. You will be the guardian of our payroll tax integrity, managing complex multi-state requirements and ensuring seamless financial operations for our US production support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or a related major
  • 5+ years of tax accounting experience (with at least some experience dedicated to payroll tax) within a large, multi-state/multi-FEIN corporation.
  • Deep knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations.
  • Strong proficiency with HRIS/Payroll systems; experience with Oracle Fusion and ADP products is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while adapting to shifting priorities.
