Administers payroll tax, garnishments, SOX controls & audit, regulatory compliance, reporting, reconciliation, and analysis activities.

Requirements
- 3+ years of progressively responsible payroll experience supporting U.S. payroll operations, tax, compliance, audits, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Strong working knowledge of payroll processing, payroll tax administration, garnishments, SOX controls, payroll audits, regulatory compliance, internal controls, and reporting requirements.
- Experience researching, analyzing, and supporting payroll tax filings, reconciliations, notices, audits, and compliance matters.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate issues and recommend sound solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, exercise judgment, and meet critical payroll, tax, audit, and reporting deadlines.
- Ability to work independently, exercise discretion and sound judgment, and appropriately escalate complex or sensitive payroll tax and compliance matters.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Suite applications.
