Job Description
The PBX - Telephone Operator is responsible for answering incoming calls to the Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort and Villas, handling a high volume of calls, and providing excellent phone demeanor. The individual must have good typing skills, a pleasant attitude, and be comfortable answering questions relating to the hotel.
