Job Description
Role Overview

The Guest Relations Agent is responsible for responding to all incoming calls to the hotel, handling a high volume of calls, and providing efficient service and meaningful experiences to guests. They must work well in a fast-paced environment and have strong communication, typing, and organizational skills.

What You Will Do

Answer guest requests and reservations, answer questions about the hotel and surrounding area, and multitask in a high-volume call environment.
