Job Description
Become a part of the exciting growth at Graceland! The Operator is responsible for ensuring efficient communication within, to and from the hotel while maintaining attentive, courteous, and efficient customer service.

Requirements

  • Answer all telephone calls within 3 rings and connect them to their appropriate extensions.
  • Log all call information and keep for records.
  • Assist Guest Service Staff with preparing for next day guest arrivals.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment.
  • Always maintain positive guest relations and resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
  • Maintain complete knowledge at all times of all hotel features/services, hours of operation, all room types, numbers, layout, decor, appointments, and location;
  • Other duties as assigned.
