Job Description

This individual is responsible for answering incoming calls to the resort and must have good typing skills, a pleasant attitude and excellent phone demeanor.

Requirements

  • 1 year of related experience and/or training preferred but not required
  • Customer service experience required
  • Flexible schedule availability required, including early morning and late evening on occasion
  • Computer experience required – Excel experience and data entry highly recommended
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English
  • Must be a detailed, self-starter with good organizational skills
