Job Description

This individual is responsible for answering incoming calls to the resort and must have good typing skills, a pleasant attitude and excellent phone demeanor.
Requirements
1 year of related experience and/or training preferred but not required
Customer service experience required
Flexible schedule availability required, including early morning and late evening on occasion
Computer experience required – Excel experience and data entry highly recommended
Must be able to read, write and speak English
Must be a detailed, self-starter with good organizational skills
