Role OverviewThe PBX Operator answers the switchboard, directs callers and pagers overhead as needed. The PBX operator monitors the Hospital alarms and must be aware of the policy and procedures of all hospital emergency codes.
What You Will Do
Ability to communicate with population served from neonatal, pediatrics, adolescence young adults and middle adults to geriatrics.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Previous PBX experience preferred. Previous experience in receptionist work preferred.
