Answer and direct incoming calls, assist guests with questions, route calls accurately, respond to guest requests, and support overall resort operations.

Requirements
- 1+ year of hospitality or customer service experience
- Strong communication skills with a professional phone presence
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple calls and priorities efficiently
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn phone and property systems
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- High School diploma or GED required
