P&C Intern - Atlantic Region (Charlotte, NC) - summer internship to service client accounts and build relationships with internal team members.

Requirements

  • Attend to client requests
  • Create monthly, quarterly and annual reports
  • Assist with client renewals and marketing
  • Assist with creating and updating benefits guides
  • Collect and manage annual benchmarking surveys
  • Prepare and conduct RFPs for vendor products and services
  • Develop familiarity with NFP's Salesforce.com instance
  • Provide overflow administration support
