Requirements

  • CompTIA A+/N+ Certification
  • 4 years of IT experience
  • Associate's Degree in IT or related field
  • IT experience in a casino or gaming environment
  • Microsoft Office troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques
  • Network connectivity practices, routing, and switching terminology
  • Local and network printing services
  • Telecom (phone) service and support practices
  • Microsoft SQL terminology, connectivity techniques via ODCB
  • Client/Server application deployment and best practices
  • InfoGenesis point-of-sale connectivity, installation, service, and troubleshooting skills
  • Aristocrat Technologies Inc., slot accounting suite (Oasis) application installation, service and support
