P&C Producer

Alera Group is looking for a Property & Casualty insurance Sales Agent (Broker or Producer) to join our team. We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional who excels in building relationships and providing tailored insurance solutions to clients. • Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their insurance needs and providing customized solutions.
• Generate leads through networking, industry events, and direct outreach.
• Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions to effectively advise clients.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service and client satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and company standards.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience selling P&C solutions at an insurance broker.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manager the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance license
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

Salary range is $50K to $200K per year.
