Role OverviewInstalls, troubleshoots, services, and repairs computers and network equipment, including servers, cables, connectors, and related PC software. Instructs users in the use of PCs and networks. Some overtime and weekends may be required.
What You Will Do
Hardware/Software configuration, support, installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting of PCs, laptops, desktops, and servers. Troubleshoot customer-owned laptops, install and configure software, and provide remote assistance.

Requirements
- Associate’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
- Ability to stay current with changes in technology through independent research and discovery
- Strong Windows OS familiarity
- Strong knowledge of standard apps such as MS Office and Outlook
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to take direction
- Valid California Class C Driver’s license
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
