Role OverviewThe PC Technician shall provide system and network infrastructure services to operate, maintain, monitor, defend, and manage hardware, software, MAN routing and switching infrastructures, including network hardware and software. The position is located in JEB Little Creek, VA, and requires support for the Special Operation Command Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC).
What You Will Do
Duties include troubleshooting and proactively resolving technical issues, responding to requests for technical support, installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop and laptop PCs, mobile devices and peripherals, and troubleshooting and repairing hardware and network connectivity issues.

Requirements
- BS + 5 years of experience OR HS with 9 years of experience OR AA with 7 yrs of experience
- DoD TS/SCI clearance or above is required
- DoD 8570-M IAT II
- At least 3 years of relevant IT experience
- At least 2 years of previous experience working as a PC Technician or Help Desk Technician
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Experience in hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting, along with strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Experience with active directory security group management, exchange distribution lists, and file share permission assignment

- Target Salary Range: $66,000 - $106,000
- Overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay
