Job Description
The PC Technician performs various computer systems administration and support tasks, including analyzing, constructing, documenting, testing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting of PC hardware, operating systems, software applications, peripherals, and communications devices.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of computer and server operating systems and troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Ability to keep calm in stressful situations
  • Self-starter and be able to function effectively without continual supervision
  • Technical knowledge of both hardware and software as it relates to Alpine Banks' systems
  • Basic understanding of networking and troubleshooting network related problems
  • Ability to work cordially and professionally with end users
  • Ability to explain complex and technical issues to employees in a way they understand
