Role OverviewThis is a benefit-eligible, full-time position working 12-hour day shifts, 6:30am - 7:00pm, on varied days of the week, including weekends and holiday rotation, and located at Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas.

Assisting patients with their activities of daily living, performing vital signs, and performing EKGs.

Requirements
- One year of recent experience working under the license of a licensed healthcare provider
- Current enrollment or completion of Nursing Assistant training from a recognized school
- Current enrollment in an RN program with completion of the second semester, including nursing fundamentals
- Must be able to speak, read and follow instruction in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a service aptitude
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) for health care provider
