Job Description
Part-time position in the Float Pool team at Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas, assisting patients with personal needs and activities of daily living, collecting data, and ensuring a safe and organized environment. Collaborative work environment with up to 7 different departments and varying patient populations.

Requirements

  • One year of recent experience working under the license of a licensed healthcare provider
  • Current enrollment or completion of Nursing Assistant training from a recognized school
  • Current enrollment in an RN program with completion of the second semester, including nursing fundamentals
  • Ability to speak, read and follow instruction in English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a service aptitude
  • American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) for health care provider
