Role OverviewJoin Benchmark at Mt Pleasant as a full-time PCA to deliver care to residents in a warm and home-like environment. Shifts are available Friday through Monday, 7a-3p and 3p-11p.
What You Will Do
Assist residents with daily living activities, document care provided, engage residents in activities, and provide emotional support.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Prior experience in skilled nursing or assisted living is preferred, but not required. Experience working with people with dementia is desired.
Requirements
- Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license
- Prior experience in skilled nursing or assisted living community (preferred)
- Previous experience working with people with dementia (desired)
