Job Description
As a Patient Care Technician - Float Pool Unit (Nights) at UT Southwestern, you will work to provide patient care under the direction of nursing staff. You will be part of a high-impact, system-level nursing team that ensures safe, responsive, and flexible staffing across multiple inpatient units. The team is cross-trained to support various units, adapting in real time to fluctuations in census, acuity, and staffing demands. Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification within 180 Days
