Role OverviewThe Pediatric APRN will provide comprehensive healthcare services to pediatric patients, from newborns to adolescents, within a family medical center setting. This role focuses on promoting children's health and well-being through preventative care, diagnosis and treatment of illnesses, and patient education.
What You Will Do
Conduct comprehensive physical examinations, diagnose and treat common pediatric illnesses, prescribe medications, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop individualized care plans for patients with chronic conditions.

Requirements
- Experience working with diverse pediatric populations
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Comprehensive knowledge of pediatric health care principles, practices, and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in performing pediatric physical exams, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing treatment plans
- Ability to manage common pediatric illnesses and chronic conditions
- Knowledge of current pediatric health guidelines and recommendations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain accurate and detailed medical records
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
- Cultural sensitivity and awareness
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Current BLS/PALS certification
