Role OverviewHeartland ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in Lodi, OH. Services are provided in clients' homes or community-based locations, and the position starts part-time.
What You Will Do
Provide one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions, serve as an integral member of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans, record session data accurately using electronic devices, and foster a positive learning environment for clients while connecting with families.
