Role OverviewAngels of Care Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and adolescents in their homes. The nurses will focus on the medical needs and treatment of patients, conduct ongoing patient care and assessments, administer prescribed medication, and educate family members on patient clinical care.
What You Will Do
The main responsibilities of the job include conducting on-going patient care and assessments, administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies, coordination of care, and educating family members on patient clinical care. The nurse will also focus on preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patients.

Requirements
