Role OverviewWe are looking for Registered Nurses (RN) & Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to work full-time and part-time shifts (days, nights and weekends available) providing direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home.
What You Will Do
Focus on the medical needs and treatment of patients, conduct on-going patient care and assessments, administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies, coordinate care, and educate family members on patient clinical care.

Requirements
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license
