What You Will Do
You will provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient condition, and educate and support families. You will follow individualized plans of care and work with a team to provide high-quality care.

Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (Pennsylvania)
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
- Ability to provide care in a home setting
