Role OverviewAngels of Care Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and adolescents in their home. The ideal candidate will have a focus on the medical needs and treatment of patients, conduct ongoing patient care and assessments, and educate family members on patient clinical care.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies, coordinating care, and preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patients. The ideal candidate will have a 1:1 patient care ratio and flexible scheduling options.

Requirements
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license
