Role OverviewAngels of Care Home Health is looking for a Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and/or adolescents in their home.
What You Will Do
Conduct on-going patient care and assessments, administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies, coordinate care, educate family members on patient clinical care, and prevent initiatives to protect quality of care for patients.

Requirements
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license
