Role OverviewAngels of Care Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and/or adolescents in their home. The nurse will focus on the medical needs and treatment of patients according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel. The nurse will also conduct on-going patient care and assessments, administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies, and educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
