Role OverviewAngels of Care Pediatric Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to provide direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and/or adolescents in their home. The nurse will focus on the medical needs and treatment of patients according to the active plan of care, conduct ongoing patient care and assessments, and educate family members on patient clinical care. The nurse will also administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies, and coordinate care.
