Role OverviewPediatric Home Service is seeking RNs and LPNs to deliver personalized, 1:1 care for children with medical complexities in the comfort of their homes. This role is based in Elk River, MN, and involves providing care to clients such as a 6-year-old with a g-tube and a 2-year-old with a g-tube. The position offers flexible day shifts, including Sundays, Mondays, Saturdays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.
What You Will Do
Provide one-on-one nursing care to pediatric clients with medical complexities, including those with g-tubes. Attend school with clients as needed. Perform specialized care such as ventilator, trach, and g-tube management. Work collaboratively with a supportive team to ensure children thrive at home, school, and in their communities.
