Role OverviewWe are looking for a dedicated Pediatric Multispecialty Navigator to work in children's specialties, including Inova Children's Hematology/Oncology, Inova Children's Pulmonology, and Inova Children's Orthopedics & Sports Medicine. This role will be full-time, day shift with varying hours from 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Monday – Friday.
What You Will Do
The Pediatric Multispecialty Navigator acts as a liaison, advocate, and point of contact for parents and caregivers of pediatric patients by helping them access the best healthcare outcomes and critical resources.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related Bachelor's Degree, 3 years of progressive clinical experience, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Previous Pediatric Specialists of Virginia (PSV) work experience is preferred.
