Role OverviewWe're looking for a dedicated Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to support children with a variety of speech, language, and feeding/swallowing challenges. You'll assess each child's communication profile, design and deliver individualized therapy, and work hand-in-hand with families so they understand their child's strengths and needs.
What You Will Do
Perform thorough evaluations of speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and feeding/swallowing skills in pediatric clients, design individualized, goal-driven treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy sessions.

Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a CAA-accredited program
- Active Georgia SLP license (or eligibility to obtain one), plus ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- At least 2 years of hands-on clinical experience with pediatric clients across a range of speech, language, and feeding/swallowing disorders
- Solid grounding in child development and evidence-based pediatric assessment and treatment methods
- Strong communication skills — able to connect with kids and explain clinical concepts to parents in plain, reassuring language
