Job Description
MeBe Family is a provider of evidence-based therapies for children with autism and other special needs. The Pediatrician Liaison Team Lead- ABA will support the performance, development, and onboarding of a small team of Pediatrician Liaisons while continuing to lead outreach efforts within their own assigned territories.

Requirements

  • Experience in community outreach, referral development, or business development in ABA
  • Strong organizational and coaching skills
  • Experience supporting team training or mentorship
  • Comfort using CRM such as Zoho and mapping tools such as Badger Maps
  • Ability to balance team leadership responsibilities with personal outreach activities
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
