Job Description
Join the Wayside team and empower youth and families by sharing your passion and lived experience in the behavioral health system. As a Peer Mentor, you will facilitate support groups, provide one-on-one support, and promote skill building in various life domains.

Requirements

  • Lived experience managing your own mental health, emotional health and/or trauma resulting in significant life disruption
  • Willingness to share your recovery story in the context of peer support
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
