Job Description
Conduct community outreach to generate qualified treatment referrals, build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and recovery communities, and educate referral sources about Aware Recovery Care.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year (2 years preferred) of continuous personal recovery from any Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and/or personal experience with addiction in family members or loved ones
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a field-based outreach and comfortable speaking to mixed audiences including clinicians, hospital staff, families, and people actively seeking recovery
  • Self-starter with strong motivation and organizational skills
  • Passionate about helping individuals struggling with substance use disorders
  • Ability to work ethically and professionally in sensitive environments
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
