Job Description
Telecare is seeking a Peer Recovery Coach - Mental Health 184 to engage, inspire, and facilitate meaningful conversations with members served to assist them in exploring, creating, and meeting their own recovery goals. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, Peer Certification, and experience supporting members served with behavioral health challenges. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Peer Certification
  • One (1) year or part-time equivalent of experience supporting members served with behavioral health challenges
  • Experience as a beneficiary of the public Behavioral Health system of care
  • Successful completion of Peer Support Training or Peer Employment Training.
  • Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
  • Willingness to use your personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
  • Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
  • Willingness to use your personal vehicle to attend meetings, etc.
