This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Certified Peer Support Specialist to mentor fellow peers, support high-quality services, and help individuals build meaningful, self-directed lives in their communities.

Provide leadership, supervision, and support to a team of Certified Peer Support Specialists (CPSS). Foster a recovery-oriented culture grounded in hope, self-determination, person-centered planning, and community inclusion.

Requirements
- Qualified Professional (QP) as defined by North Carolina mental health service requirements.
- Knowledge of recovery-oriented principles, peer support philosophy, and the North Carolina Certified Peer Support Specialist role.
- Experience supervising, mentoring, or leading behavioral health staff.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Ability to foster a culture of hope, recovery, self-determination, and person-centered care.
- Experience reviewing documentation, monitoring quality, and ensuring compliance with Medicaid and agency standards.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience collaborating with community providers and coordinating services.
- Ability to work independently while building a strong, collaborative team environment.
- Valid North Carolina driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel throughout the community.
