Role OverviewThe Peer Support Specialist provides structured peer support services to individuals receiving treatment at Focused Addiction Recovery (FAR). They serve as a mentor, advocate, and recovery role model, helping clients build coping skills and sustain long-term recovery.
What You Will Do
Provide one-on-one peer support services, facilitate recovery-based group sessions, assist clients in developing individualized recovery and wellness plans, and connect clients with community resources.
