Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Pega Lead Business Architect (LBA) to lead business analysis and requirements management activities for large-scale Pega transformation initiatives within the Financial Services industry. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in business process analysis, stakeholder management, and Pega solution delivery, with experience supporting Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance, or other Financial Services organizations.
What You Will Do
Lead business analysis efforts for Pega projects within Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance, and Financial Services environments. Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to capture business requirements and process improvements.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of Business Analysis or Business Architecture experience, 3+ years of experience delivering Pega-based solutions, and Pega Business Architect Certification. Experience working with Pega Constellation UX, Common Data Model concepts, and enterprise integration requirements is also required.

- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams
