Role OverviewThe Pellet Mill Operator is responsible for all aspects of the continuous operation of the pellet mill, including safety, equipment operation, monitoring, machine setup, cleaning, and administrative functions that support site operations. This role is part of a zero-carbon energy future and requires a strong commitment to safety.
What You Will Do
Continuously monitor pellet mills, hammer mills, and associated equipment to ensure optimal production and quality. Anticipate and solve problems promptly; identify opportunities for improvement.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A minimum of 3–5 years of industrial experience is necessary. Ability to work effectively in both team settings and independently with minimal supervision.
