Job Description

Requirements

  • Receive parts in tubs or etch baskets, ensuring parts are dry and etched properly.
  • Obtain experience under the direct observation of a Level 2 or Level 3.
  • Perform daily checks.
  • Immerse parts into penetrant and emulsifier.
  • Remove excess penetrant with water spray gun and dry parts in the oven.
  • Apply the dry developer using developer cabinet.
  • Deliver processed parts to penetrant inspectors.
  • Ensure all pressures and temperatures are set according to standard procedure.
  • Ensure parts are being processed accordingly to meet quality and production requirements.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
  • Ensure adherence to APP's policies and procedures.
